Sorry I haven't been around in a while. Busy summer flew by before I knew it! I'll be catching up soon, I hope. In the meanwhile, I have a friend who is looking into the following locations to bring immediate & extended family for a week. These are part of a timeshare program he belongs to and I don't think I have ever set foot in any of them. Can y'all make some recommendations on any of them? Thanks!

Beach Club at Montego
Myrtle Beach Resort
The Verandas
Holiday Towers
Berkshire Forest
Arrowhead Pointe
Windsor Green
Schooner Beach & Racquet Club

Oh, gosh, Baylovers, I have never stepped foot in any of those places either. You may be able to narrow it down based on your friends location preference. Berkshire Forest, Arrowhead Pointe, and Windsor Green are all off the ocean. Schooner Beach & Racquet Club is quite a distance from your location (The Verandas is even further), so if they plan on visiting you often that may not be the best choice. Myrtle Beach resort would be the closest to you, but only the Renaissance Tower and two other low rises are oceanfront (I think). That being said, they have a lot of amenities to keep everyone happy. Holiday Towers isn't oceanfront either, at least I don't think it is, but is just a little south of the boardwalk so that might be an attraction. That leaves Beach Club at Montego which is even further south on S. Ocean Blvd., not my personal favorite place to be, but I think they are oceanfront. So, I have been, officially, no help at all. I hope someone else has more useful information for you.

I've been to Myrtle Beach Resort several times and liked it a lot. My cousins stay there every year and the place has a lot to offer. Don't know about the others. Check out tripadvisor if you haven't already, there's tons of great reviews on there.

I would recommend "Myrtle Beach Resort" as well. They have (3) ocean front buildings.
Building A, Building B, and the Renaissance tower.

Why not look each of them up on tripadvisor?
