Saw a Journey tribute band, Worlds Apart, down in DFW this weekend, didn't look like them but the sound and intensity was sure there. They did a great rendition of this one, "Escape", also known as "E5C4P3"
Ex-Lucifer's Friend / Uriah Heep vocalist John Lawton joined Rebel after he left Heep. They recorded one album with John, called Stargazer and released in 1982.
The title song sounds a bit like Joe Lynn Turner-era Rainbow:
