I entered my 30s in the '80s, and it was an exhilarating musical landscape! Although I'm a hard rock/Heavy Metal/glam rock fan, I also embraced New Wave and the many other sounds that one heard. I don't recall disliking ANY group! Like many, I would be glued to MTV whenever possible, wondering what treats for eyes and ears would be next and hoping my favorites would be played. I don't know if I could start listing the sounds I loved then and still love! What a myriad of talent!
I didn't get to a lot of concerts, but the ones I was able to attend were so enjoyable. How I wish I could have attended more of them! Little did I suspect what would happen by the mid-'90s. *sighs*weeps*mourns*
I honestly wouldn't know where to start with posting a video, especially since "Welcome to the Jungle" has been posted. Let's see... Oh, yes! This was one of my favorite videos because it always made me laugh and move to the music: Todd Rundgren's Utopia with "Feet Don't Fail Me Now"! It's so goofy! I still love it!
