I agree. My favorite Latifah song is "Wrath of My Madness". I grew up in the 80s & 90s so I remember hearing female mcs and it was all good. They are pretty much non existent in today's mainstream. I'm a guy, but I like variety. I may post a few more (female). In the coming days, I may also post some links to songs/videos that are regarded as hip hop classics (that I like too)

No one listens to underground hip hop? Don't know what you're missing.

Here are Nas, who I think is a combination of mainstream and underground and Immortal Technique who is totally underground.

Two of my favorite lyrical rappers who I think would cream most.
