What's the first album that caused you to take notice, turn up the dial? Then to perhaps revisit some of their earlier work afterward.

Staffing changes often coincide with it. I can probably count the passage of one song of Journey's as engaging to listen to before Jonathan Cain was brought in from the Babys: Escape is when they started composing.

Foreigner got interesting to listen to at the same time Thomas Dolby and Larry Fast collaborated with them on 4.
