I sincerely feel sorry for anyone using dial-up. Waiting 30 seconds for a thread to load would drive be bonkers. I can't even imagine Youtube.
Yes I can relate to your feelings regarding dial-up. I did it for ten years in the Florida panhandle then I got promoted to the (air) satellite but still had problems. Some members really don't have a choice depending on their location or budget. I do not want them to feel distressed or left behind so work with them and all is good.
Question regarding back-to-back posting. What if the thread has been dormant for a while like weeks or months?

The reason for the no back to back postings is simple - we have many members here who enjoy CD's MUSIC forum and still on dial up. Also, we should take turns and not one member be allowed to dominate the threads. Only 1 = 3 video's per post is enough to share at a single post.

How many days must a person wait before they can post again to a thread in which they were the last one to post?
On second thought let's scale back that time frame to one month.
