I love how this thread is drawing so many great songs plus some I have yet to listen to! I was so afraid that someone else had one like it. It's been a pet project of mine, collecting such songs. However, I misplaced my list! Ack!

I can't help but remember seeing this album in the record stores. The wrap was always torn, with the zipper partly unzipped. *blush* I'm surprised it wasn't brown-bagged back then. After all, that John & Yoko-in-bed album was always stashed under the counter, available only upon request. NOTE: I didn't buy either one. We were penniless enough that I settled on the occasional 25 cent 45rpm from Janssen's Department Store basement downtown, where they offered recycled jukebox records. It was a regular gathering place for teenyboppers and full-fledged teens; and, I realize how nice it was of the family to offer us such a place. They even supplied two record players that we had to take turns using. They even set back records, sort of like payless layaway; when we got our allowance, we would pick up however many we could afford. I still have every single I ever bought, including several Beatles records that my brother-in-law says might be bootleg, as he did not recognize information on the label.
