1. Wayne's World 2. Wayne and Garth are applying for permits in the park office. The guy in the office is wearing sunglasses. He is chattering about procedures and takes off his sunglasses exposing one 'albino' eye. It looks so weird, and Wayne is so tuned in on the eye that when the guy asks Wayne a question, Wayne does a sudden----'huh?' (waking himself from a daydream of trying not to stare).
Funniest thing ever put on film by Mike Meyers.

2. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles-----Steve Martin's interaction with the car rental lady.

3. There's Something about Mary------everything Mary's stepdad says (played by the very talented Keith David).

The "Barbie Museum" scene in Rat Race, especially right after the "ballroom dancer" part. Two friends and I were in tears for 10 minutes after that.

Did you know that this was not in the script? Harrison Ford was so tired from reshooting this scene that he improvised the shooting of the guy with the sword and the director liked it so much he used that take!

Harrison Ford is notoriously impatient, it works for him.

Most every scene in Kingpin is hilarious.

Man. You guys are total lightweights.

The funniest, most outrageous scene of all time was in the first Producers, with Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel. It was Mel Brooks' first movie, and the "Springtime For Hitler" sequence has to be the most over-the-top scene ever. Period. End of discussion.
