1. Wayne's World 2. Wayne and Garth are applying for permits in the park office. The guy in the office is wearing sunglasses. He is chattering about procedures and takes off his sunglasses exposing one 'albino' eye. It looks so weird, and Wayne is so tuned in on the eye that when the guy asks Wayne a question, Wayne does a sudden----'huh?' (waking himself from a daydream of trying not to stare).

The funniest, most outrageous scene of all time was in the first Producers, with Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel. It was Mel Brooks' first movie, and the "Springtime For Hitler" sequence has to be the most over-the-top scene ever. Period. End of discussion.
