need help finding this movie !!! (watched, alternate, life)

Hello to all,

I need help find this movie i watched in around 1995 i think.

what i remember is this...

there is this guy and he wishes that if he only had one chance to go back in life and if he had hit that shot that he missed in a game in school, his life would be different,

and his wish is answered... his life changes, alternate reality, now he realises what he was really missing.. something like that.. it was a good one.. i cant remember the name though??
