Maybe Michael Imperioli. We don't look alike, but I think he has the acting chops and range to pull it off. He already has the accent down.

Now who would play YOU Max's Mom?

Robert De Niro. I am Italian, my father looked a lot like De Niro (when he was around 40) and I just like the guy.

People have told me that I look somewhat between Selma Hayek, Penelope Cruz, a little bit of Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Lynn Sigler. I don't think I look like any of them, but I do look ethnic, so I think they would work out.

My wife said it would have to be Antonio Banderas. She thinks he's good looking, and it would be an upgrade for her. I told that I was casting Catherine Zeta Jones to play her part, lol!

Hmm...People tell me I look like Rachel Weisz and Catherine Zeta Jones and Christina Applegate and Mariska Hargitay and I'm totally lying. Truth is, there is no one who looks like me so I have no idea who to cast as me.
As far as personality...Natalie Portman comes close in her quirkiness in "Garden State" (and she's kinda cute, isn't she?) so I'd pick her. Besides, we have similar features so it'd work...
