"Once Upon a Time in Hollywood."

More Tarantino garbage -- I walked out.

Wasted $11.25, but the previews to new movies were good.

Will have to watch this
Mueller could have spent his time on CA and come away with way more dope on Trump and other corrupt individuals including Putin and the big money in politics...

I fell asleep for half of it. The end was good though. Very violent.

“Charm City”, a doc about the tough neighborhoods in Baltimore. Pretty good, not that political, and well-made.

I just saw it. I think it will be the only Tarantino movie I've ever loved. Curious why you didn't enjoy it.

I watched "Sicario" for the first time ever over the weekend. I really enjoyed it but was left wanting more. I guess that typically is the hallmark of a really good movie - wishing it would last longer.

I can't imagine why someone who equates 'Tarantino' with 'garbage' would ... go to see a Tarantino film.

Maybe some people are just really bad at judging a film. Personally, I find that just researching a film (watching the trailer, seeing who made it, who is in it, what it generally is about, etc.) for a few minutes allows me to judge with a high degree of confidence whether or not I'm going to like it. This is especially true for an established writer/director. I mean, it's not like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is any sort of radical departure for Tarantino in any way.

Weird.

I was curious as to how Tarantino was presenting the Manson family story. Back in the day, I lived in a house in Santa Monica, and my female roommates were connected to Manson and he would collect call regularly from Prison. Sometime it was my turn to take the collect call, he was very charismatic and charming, almost hypnotic.

I thought the editing lacked terribly, with long run on indulgent scenes with Leonardo. It's obvious Tarantino has a man crush on Leo.

I thought Tarantino berated Bruce Lee.

I thought Tarantino reframed the murders as a story about white male heroism that does a disservice to Tate.
