I thought this was a really good movie, but it wasn't quite as good as the hype suggested.

I finally go to see this movie and I certaintly dont think it was as great as everyone is claiming it to be.

The acting in many parts of the movie was mediocre and Clint's growling, grunting, and faces were a bit cartoonish.

I loved the storyline and it was a good movie but not as great as people hyped it to be.

By the way, I read a lot of comments about blaming or crediting Clint for content in the movie. He directed the movie, he didnt write it. The screenplay and script were written by someone else.

Was it one of Eastwood's best movies? No. Not by a long shot.

Was it one of the best movies to hit theaters last year? Yup. Maybe not #1, but it was definitel Top 10.

No doubt, and when you look at what was nominated for best picture I think there is a clear bias.

It should have been nominated for Best Movie, not necessarily win. It wasn't PC, but that is why I loved that movie!

I dont even know if I would rate it that high. That's just me though.

I loved the movie, but mostly I just loved Clint Eastwood growling like a dog throughout the movie. It's kinda rubbed off on me and I too am growling like a dog!!! Oh, and I loved a lot of the things he said and the names he called people in this flick.

I really liked this movie. It started off so slow but it set up the mood for the entire movie.

Definitely recommend this movie.

I'm wondering if the powers that be will allow me to change my name to "Zipprhead" or "Swamp Rat".
