Regardless how many times you have seen it?

Dragonheart - When Draco dies and his soul is going to the stars (the music doesn't help)

Titanic - Not when Jack dies... When the ship is going down. IMO it was filmed so well I felt their fear and the fact that this actually happened doesn't help

Love Actually - Liam Neeson making the speech at his wife's funeral and then plays the song ... Emma Thompson crying in the bedroom when she realized the jewelry wasn't for her ... Bill Nighy telling his manager that he loves him

Gladiator - When Russell Crowe is dying and seeing his wife and son in Elysian Field

Braveheart - When they are disemboweling him and he sees Murion walking through the crowd waiting for him....... and the end when Argyle roars and throws his sword (again music helped)

Dracula - When Mina is holding Dracula on the steps in his castle as he is dying.. His look of undying glove gets me every time.

May include spoilers if you haven't seen the films mentioned.

Movies that make me cry every time:
-What's Eating Gilbert Grape. Mama's death always gets to me
-Into the Wild. Seeing him close to death and then dying is hard to watch.
-The Mudge Boy. The ending scene is very emotional.
-Edward Scissorhands. Has it's sad moments.
-Brokeback Mountain. Jack's death and Ennis' meeting at the house with Jack's parents.

Watching Nirvana's Live!Tonight!Sold Out!!! and Blind Melon's Letters From a Porcupine always seems to make me cry at some point.

I know there's more but the only ones I can think of right now.

White Christmas chokes me up at the end, but the movie that really gets me crying is What Dreams May Come

Steel Magnolias, Beaches, Stepmom. These are the main three that get me every single time I watch them!

WARNING - SPOILERS

Love Actually - too many scenes to mention, but especially when the best friend lets his feelings be known to Keira Knightley through placards.
Sense and Sensibility - when Emma Thompson realizes that Hugh Grant is not married and becomes hysterical.
Madame X - when Lana Turner realizes that Keir Dullea is her son...and then dies.
Imitation of Life - when the daughter throws herself on her mother's casket in grief and regret.
Four Weddings and a Funeral - when he reads that amazing poem by W H Auden at the funeral.
Pan's Labyrinth - when the little girl stands before her real father and learns that she has passed the final challenge.
The Spitfire Grill - OK, folks, if you haven't seen it, as far as weepies go this one is in a class by itself. For those that have, the two scenes that really get me are when Ellen Burstyn finds her son sitting in the dark in the restaurant, and at the end when the contest winner shows up with baby in tow. WAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!

My Dog Skip - I'm a sucker for dog movies. I'm sure the soon-to-be-released, Marley and Me will be a tear-jerker as well!

Some of the previously mentioned movies turn on the waterworks for me.
I loved My Dog Skip--that was a really good dog movie.

A few:

Warning--spoilers ahead:

Little Women: When Beth dies

Old Yeller When Yeller dies, and when he is reborn in his feisty pup

Homeward Bound When Shadow limps home

Places in the Heart Church scene at the very end

Fly Away Home At the end, when they arrive. Gets me every time
