Of the Ernest movies you've mentioned "Ernest Goes to Jail" was my favorite one of them all, I've always loved that movie, I would like to watch "Scared Stupid" again sometime.

Any 80's John Hughes movie (or simular, ie. Weird Science, Risky Business, Fast Times etc.) But I always buy my little cousins The Sandlot and Bugsy Malone just so I can have an excuse to watch them.
