I thought it was going to be a full out comedy focusing on Arnold’s interactions with the kids with a token comedic action scene near the beginning. Instead it was mostly an action drama with some comedic bits. I was not expecting people getting shot on screen, dead bodies, swearing, a guy setting a fire at a school then pointing a gun at a kid and then Arnold shooting him dead with right there in the school and Arnold himself getting shot and bleeding. Overall this movie is awesome . Also prime example of a film that would never get made today.

Still one of my favorite Ahnuld movies --- and one of his most quotable.

"I'm going to ask you a bunch of questions, and I want to have them answered immediately!"

"Who is yoah daddy, and what does he do?"

"THERE IS NO BATHROOM!"

But really, it's Linda Hunt who steals every scene.

I loved this movie especially the soundtrack and the scenery in Oregon and Arnold's deft comedic touch. Much better than todays rubbish.

I enjoyed this, though I haven't seen it since the early 90s.

Kindergarten Cop was my favorite Arnold movie. And the most realistic.

I might have to watch this now. I always assumed it was a stupid cutesy kiddie movie, an "Arnold's bank account is getting low so he had to star in something ridiculous" thing.

No, that was "Jingle All The Way." Kindergarten Cop was pretty good, and I always like Pamela Reed. She was also in "Junior" with Arnold, which was pretty good as well.
