I like all the James Bond movie's and will see how this movie turns out.
His name's Bond. James Bond. And he's finally back.
A sneak peak of the upcoming trailer for "No Time to Die" has been released. The 15-second clip was posted on the James Bond Twitter and YouTube on Sunday.
The Craig-led Bond films have been very hit and miss. But this definitely looks promising.
I saw Craig's first two on cable. I had zero expectations for Casino Royale and I loved it. Eva Green helped a lot, too!
I expected Quantum of Solace to blow, but it was solid. Skyfall appears to be the consensus favorite of the Bond Craig audience, and while I liked it, mainly for Bardem, I still prefer Casino Royale.
Which brings us to Spectre. One expensive-looking movie. BIG stunts. BIG sets. BIG effects. And the thinnest story of the quartet, by far. That last Tarzan movie (which Waltz also plays the bad guy in) had more layers. Spectre felt like a "by the numbers" bonanza. It got nowhere near the critical response that Skyfall enjoyed.
I just glanced at IMDb and Casino Royale's rating is 8.0, higher than Skyfall's 7.7!
Looks cool but afraid it will be referred to as Woke Bond.....Afraid they went way out of their way for diversity just because.
I'm not sure what you mean by that. I don't know that they'll ever turn Bond into a feminist, because that isn't Bond. One of the writers said about this upcoming movie: Just because Bond doesn't respect women, the movie still can.
Which seems to be a good approach.
If people are bothered by the movies having strong women and black people in the roles ... well, I don't know what to tell them, other than welcome to the 21st century.

CASINO ROYALE is the best Bond movie by far. It is a flawless Bond movie and may even be the best spy movie ever made.
QUANTUM OF SOLACE is okay. It ain't bad. It's ain't great. It's mediocre. It feels more like a throwback to the previous Bond movies --- meaning everything CASINO ROYALE did right, QoS tossed out the window.
SKYFALL was excellent. Not as good as CASINO ROYALE, but still all in all a great movie --- and yes, due largely to Javier Bardem.
I have seen SPECTRE once and honestly don't remember much of it other than the undeniable fact that the movie criminally under-used Monica Belluci, who even in middle age is still one of the most beautiful women on Earth. I guess I probably ought to rewatch it before seeing the new movie.

Quantum of Solace is one of my favorite Bond movies. Can't understand why so many people dislike it.
