I was apprehensive about seeing this, but I actually liked it. Some scenes are fairly similar to the original, and the overall plot is just about identical, but there's enough new humor in it (e.g. the whole Rubrik the Monkey Boy thing is totally redone for a female character and just as funny as the original), and the new characters are played differently in a fresh take on it, making this film really work. I liked the original Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, but this new version is very entertaining as well.
