I wonder, did anyone go see Blade Runner 2049 while knowing almost nothing about the movie, including that there was an prior film from 1982? What did you think?
I only saw it because I got dragged out to the theater after dinner out, so that mom could take the little one to see My Little Pony. I hate movie theaters and not being able to pause a movie. I have seen the original. I really liked the visuals and the first 2/3rds of it. But the movie was too long, the last third was a letdown: uninteresting and too complex with too many new subplots entered into the formula.
