Reprising his original character from "Blade Runner."

Written by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green, the Blade Runner sequel will take place several decades after the 1982 original.

Ford recently said the script was the “best thing he’s ever read.” He will reprise his role as Rick Deckard in the film, which originally took place in a dystopian 2019 Los Angeles.

Denis Villeneuve, who made Prisoners and Enemy in 2013. The man has proven himself to me.

BLADE RUNNER is my all-time favorite movie. I really, really hope this will be great. The original screenwriter back with a great director is a very good sign.

It will be interesting to see how the sequel handles the way the first movie ended.
Or rather the different ways the different 'cuts' ended.

I saw HF not too long ago on one of the late night shows, and he sounded like a doddering old fool.

It depends on which interpretation of the first movie they're going with. Is Deckard a replicant or not? I know so many people want him to be (including Ridley Scott), but I've always thought the story's entire point makes no sense if Deckard is a replicant.

Do replicants age?

I see no reason for a sequel.

What about Sean Young?

She can play a replicant gone mad.
