I saw it, I think probably only one time. But I had to look up a review of the movie plot to jog my memory. Even so, I can't really recall the details.

Wow....that list is pretty much mine! However, I will throw all Star Treks into the list.

I also find it odd, that with a name like VeeGer.......there is no ST: The Motion Picture on your list.

That's because I don't have it so gimme time.

The list is from my DVD collection and I didn't list 'em all. I might've missed a few as I have over 600 DVDs.

In no particular order:

"The Terminator"
"Gattaca"
"Dark City"
"Blade Runner"
"Logan's Run"
"The Time Machine" with Rod Taylor although the remake wasn't bad
"Men in Black"

...

This Island Earth - Ridley Scott said he got the inspiration for "Alien"
from watching this one when he was a kid. Great looking alien for
its time...........

These movies come to mind:

Back to the Future trilogy
Twins (kind of sci-fi, but not really)
Star Wars - all 6 episodes
The 6th Day
Stargate
Idiocracy
Alien and Aliens
Predator
Prometheus
Total Recall
Futurama movies
Star Trek (haven't seen the Roddenberry ones, just the Abrams one)
Mad Max trilogy
Time Cop
Planet 51
All Planet of the Apes movies, old and new
Dune

I like most well-made sci-fi movies with a good premise.
