Looks like it can turn to the left pretty well......I'm not sure about counter-balancing and wind shear on a right hand turn though. Interesting to see more on the subject. I have looked on UTube but found nothing - and have posted to his site for more info.

Looking at that style of outfit (others exist without so integrated a "tub" (boat or chair)), I would venture that its Hub-center mounted off the outfit frame.

Answering the THIRD poster: I would imagine that this outfit would handle just like any other well-engineered Hub-center steered outfit. Just maybe taking corners a little faster, due to the low Combined Centre of Gravity.

Its common for most outfits to be able to slightly accelerate in a corner when turning towards the chair. TOO much speed, however, and you can fly the chair.
