If I were you, I'd look for a motorcycle shop that specializes in old bikes. Ask around. I go 16 miles to one, but they know how to work on my '84 Honda V65 Sabre. You'll almost certainly need to have the carbs cleaned up. I think the CB350s are great classic bikes.
