While browsing the local Craigslist under the motorcycle section, I came across this rare bird.....a Triumph Moped.
I never even knew they ever sold them let alone ever seeing one:
TRIUMPH MOPED 1978 (ELLWOOD CITY,PA)
Very rare Triumph moped. Triumph had 3 models, all were Italian made, except on the sides were the letters NVT meaning NORTON VILLARS TRIUMPH. They only had these for a very few years. They were just an Italian moped. I think this model was called the Easy Rider,it's a 50 cc ER1 or a ER2 basically a minarelli moped. There are still a lot of these around just not titled as a Triumph. Mine is in kind of rough shape but could be very easily restored if you had a Minarelli in good shape for parts. I have the title for it and it says Triumph on the title. You"ll have to make me an offer on it. I would consider trades on guns or what have you?
