I have a 2003 BMW F650CS and the problem is this. I am not getting power to the fuel pump. I know the pump works because I can hook power directly to it and the pump runs. This all started to happen when my battery died. Charged the battery and checked the power at the pump and its flat. Any ideas?

Found the problem. Ends up the side stand has a switch that wasn't working. As a result the circut was not being complete so no power to the fuel pump.
