I close June 19th. My question is do I lock in for 90 days now at about 5% or do I wait about 2 1/2 weeks and lock in for 60 days. The lock in period will save me some money but where will interest rates be? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

We locked in Friday at 4.5% no points.
30 year conventional loan.
