So I qualify for Harp 2. Condo is worth 36-45k, owe 93k. Loan is managed by Green Tree who won't refi for me. Loan is backed by Fannie Mae.

Need help finding an actual lender who will help me out with harp 2 refinance as I've called several with no luck.

I just completed a HARP 2.0 refi and used Quicken Loans and they were terrific to work with. Much easier to deal with than the local Mortgage Broker I was working with who kept jerking me around and finally offered me the refi at an interest rate close to what I already had.

Quicken Loans gave me a great rate and closed the refi in less than two weeks. DM me if you would like the contact at Quicken Loans that assisted me.

I got turned down by quicken. They wanted at least 5% equity for borrowers who weren't currently with quicken. We have 4% current equity eve though we put 20% down four years ago. We have good income and 800 credit scores.

USbank is our current lender so we're doing Harp 2 through them instead. 4% which isn't great but almost no fees no appraisal and we lowered our term to 26 years. Taking two-three months to close.
