i'm subscribed to a credit report that i pay $7/month. i moved to my house oct 1st and paid my 1st mortgage nov 1 but i still dont see any mortgage in my credit report. i already paid 3 months from nov to jan.

i usually see new credit account immediately if it's a credit card, i dont know why mortgage loan takes this long.

Mine took almost 3 months to show up. I think it had something to do with my original note being sold a little while after the close of escrow. Not sure.

Kayleemegn is correct - it actualy cost the lender money to have someone sit there and report on time payments to the credit bureaus.

However if you pay late - reporting default information becomes a priority.
