Got my conditional approval today, just need a letter from the wifes school stating when she is graduating (counting her student loan against me, and her income not valid due to her being in first yr of self employment). Got the info they need today and expecting to close Wed!

YAY!! I am so happy for you. We just about had a heart attack today. I get an email that the house didn't appraise for the contract price. THEN come to find out it was a typo!! It actually appraised for 10k over. Holy Moly We were freaking out for about 45 minutes this morning....

But, everything is now moving along...lol what a ride this is...
