I don't think they would be even going after the same tenants, if they think they are, they are delusional. Has anyone read their code of conduct to live there? They are going after a very small specific group of people. It does amaze me how instead of just competing price wise (because everyone's prices in town are way to high for what they should be) they chose to sue.

I haven't been in those apartments but looked at the pictures on their website. The apartments don't look that great; they look cheap. I have been in a model apartments at University Place and College Park and they were pretty nice.

I take it that project died? No movement there in over a year since they demo'd the pizza place.
