Apparently not. Morgantown is growing fast, and real estate is high due to a lack of housing.

Additional research being conducted right down the street from that location, plus the fact that WVU Medical is expanding and hiring 750 people within the next 3 years across the street and The University is hiring dozens of new instructional personnel all put additional demand on housing.
