What is distinctive about the Anglo-Montreal accent? Is it influenced by other languages?

Are you talking about when they speak English or when Anglophone Montrealers speak French?

there's nothing distinctive about it, they speak like in Ottawa or Chicago.

He sounds pretty "down home". They may speak a bit more genteel up and around Oxford... but that part of the state is not flat.
