Hello, does anyone know where I can buy unpasteurized sauerkraut in Montreal? All of the sauerkraut in grocery stores and even health food stores are all pasteurized, which means all of the healthy bacteria has been killed off. I want bacteria! lol! - If anyone knows of a place, shoot me a msg.
Thnx

There's home made saurkraut at some of the stalls at Atwater market : I assume it hasn't been pasteurized.
