I think Le Pigale is violating Bill 101 because the default website is in English and Bill 101 states that French has to appear "at no less favorable conditions" , which means that even if there is a French option, French receives inferior treatment if it is secondary to another language. So the default website must be French or bilingual or multilingual all at the same time. Not nice that Le Pigale disrespects French..having French girls is not enough to obey the law..

Yeah, I think I should go to some clubs and check whether the girls can speak French 'cause I have the right to be served in French I'm gonna test 'em all and submit complaints for misbehaving girls.
