I sent the RH administration this letter 4 days ago and STILL waiting for them to show the professionalism to respond!

"I expect the ALL following "situations" to be fully resolved/fixed to MY liking within the next 10 days or I will file a complaint with the Regie du logement, asking for a SIGNIFICANT reduction of rent!

RESTORE DENIED SERVICES

2-POOL DIVINGBOARD
3-PROPANE FIRE IN COURT YARD
4-STORAGE SPACE FOR 2 BICYCLES.(BECAUSE OF BIKE STORAGE ON BALCONY OVER THE WINTER, RUSTY BIKE CHAINS MUST BE REPLACED).

GARAGE SPACE #8

2-FROM JUNE - NOVEMBER GARAGE STINKS ROTTING GARBAGE.

4850 #712 (RENOVATED)
1-EXHAUST FANS IN BATHROOMS ARE BARELY WORKING (ONE BATHROOM IS ONLY 10 METERS FROM KITCHEN). THEY ARE FAR BELOW CURRENT REQUIREMENTS!

You sent them a letter 4 days ago -- 4 days -- about issues that are minor. If you want things done the way that YOU want them, don't rent -- buy a home. Then everything is under your control. If you have to rent, then you have to be more patient. Waiting 4 days is nothing, especially because none of the things on your list are major. If you were missing windows, if there were exposed wires, if your toilet was overflowing... that's another story. But the stuff that you listed? Pfffft. Not to mention that some of these could have been caused by you (i.e. bent screens) and/or should have been noticed before you moved in (i.e. no wall plug between the LR and BRs). Speaking of that item -- no wall plug between the LR and BR -- so? That's how it is. There's no plug there. So what? And who is Francine Butler and why do you care if her name is spelled incorrectly on the directory?
