Do most people get ID'd at clubs/bars in Montreal? (nightlife, location)

My son is 17 and he's going to MTL in a few weeks. He's 6/4 with decent facial hair. He wants to go to a concert that is 18 plus and would like to experience the nightlife of Montreal as well. (He's going for more reasons than to drink...). How often do you think he'll be carded?

On February 26, you said that he was going to Montreal "in a few weeks" -- just short of his 18th birthday (in April).

Today (March 11), you're saying again that he's going to Montreal "in a few weeks."

If the dates are so fluid, why not wait until April -- after he's 18 -- and then he (and you) won't have to worry about getting carded.
