OQLF urges merchants to ditch term 'Boxing Day' - Montreal - CBC News

After reading the second article, I don't know why they're upset with the word "enjoy" which according to my Oxford Dictionary comes from French anyways. As for including the word sandwich in "sandwich de fromage fondu", it sure does sound out of place. IMO the city and provincial governments had better worry more about increased use of improper "Frenglish" among the population than whether an establishment has more English in writing than French.
