Hi guys,

I graduated this June at Univerisity of Waterloo, then found a job here at Montreal. And I am an international student who holds visa (now work visa obviously). Just a few questions would like to ask:
-after 1 yr full-time, what program should I apply for permanent residency? Canadian Experience Class or Quebec immigration? It is a little bit tricky here since the first requirement of CEC is not intent to reside in Quebec. However, in my case, CEC from Federal government should be the most suitable for me.
- I am living in Ville St. Laurent now, would like to find a place to take French class - my employer doesnot offer French class.... It seems CARI St-Laurent and QEGEP St-Laurent could offer such program if I am an immigrant. Am I qualified though? If no, is there any paid institution you can recommend for good French-learning program?

Your advice is highly appreciated,
Ray

It appears that you've answered your own question.
