Cheap parking for the weekend in Montréal near the Sofitel? (transfer to, live in)

Bonjour à tous!

Hi,

I'm planning to stay in Montréal from this Friday 16 to Sunday 18 evening at the Sofitel Downtown (115 Rue Sherbrooke).

I was wondering where I could park my car for 2.5 days at a reasonable cost (I heard about Place Elgin parking which is apparently $17 for the entire stay! ) .

$17 for your entire stay in downtown Montreal sounds about as good as its going to get.. there are free parking lots around the city but they tend to be in the suburbs and would require public transit back into town, in the complex i live in theres tons of free parking but its in the suburb of Lasalle and would require a bus then transfer to subway for about a 15 station ride into the city.I'd go with the $17 option.
If you really want free parking in my area of Lasalle give me a dm..
