I would like to know which is the best place for living or buy house in these two areas (Point champlain factor etc)

hi javiera, i just bought in laval - and i have a friend who bought on the st-hubert (south) shore. your question deserves another one : are you planning to work on montreal's island and commute every day, or are you thinking of working next to your house ?
