Hello,
My husband and I are moving sight unseen to Mobile in June.
We are sending out our deposits for Sandpiper and Yester Oaks apartments, bc they are the only ones we have found with a fully gated patio (for our dogs).

If anyone has lived at these places and has any input, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks

Thumbs down Do not live in Yester Oaks

I am not happy with Yester Oaks. We have a cat that we paid a $250 fee and then $10 extra a month. The cat vomited a couple of times on the carpet and we cleaned it well. When we moved out they were pulling up the carpet and saw some stains on the underside of the carpet. They charged us $340 to replace it and the pet fee and rent did not apply. That money was paid for the privilege of having a pet in the apartment.

And the laundry is outside.
