I see this really adding to the growth in Spanish Fort and Loxley..... and to a lesser extent Saraland/Satsuma area. Hopefully, Bay Minette will be able to capture some of the growth. North Baldwin isn't really a desirable place to live.

Actually, I think this will do just as much for Saraland/Satsuma as it will for Loxley and Spanish Fort, Potentially more. Satsuma and Saraland are about 10 minutes closer to the site than Loxley or Spanish Fort.

The South Alabama Mega Site is actually in an awkward location as a lot of Mobile County Suburbs are closer to it than Baldwin County Suburbs. Satsuma and Saraland are the closest (20-24 mins), With Mobile the same distance to it as Loxley and Spanish Fort (30 mins); Semmes is same distance as Robertsdale (36 mins); Theodore and Tillmans Corner are the same distance as Daphne (41-43); and the weirdest of them all, it would take the same amount of time to get from Grand Bay to SAMS as it would Foley and Fairhope to SAMS (50 mins)

Bingo, Where Baldwin County was able to stimulate growth from Mobile's industry growth (Namely Austal and Airbus) in the 2010s because of I-10, it looks like Mobile and the Northern Burbs are gonna have stimulated growth from SAMS thanks to I-65
