I have found a homebuilder that I think I would like to use, Heritage Homes on HWY 49 in Gulfport.
Do any posters have any dealings/opinions as to the quality of home and service they provide. I could not find anything negative on the internet about them. Any comments would be helpful, moving from out of state and do not know your builders that well. I saw their model once, but every builders model looks good. Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.

we have the same builder in Mobile, they been around a while and are very good homes, they basically build the same model over and over again. There are good homes. the gulfport heritage homes and the mobile heritage homes are the same company.

I've lived in Gulfport for 3 years and don't recall hearing of Heritage Homes. I looked at their website. Appears you need to have your own lot for them to build on. They may be great, just not as well known as other builders on the Coast like Elliott, Horton, Garlon, etc
