Woo hoo! Minneapolis was rated the best city to have a baby after Boston and San Francisco!

Considering all the fantastic restaurants, bars, theater, and hotels - I rate Minneapolis as the #1 town to MAKE a baby.

3 kids here...

That list is worthless to anybody who doesn't need the help of fertility clinics and daycares. I mean come on, honestly how many people require the use to fertility clinics in order to get pregnant? Probably not very many.

Mpls. lost points because it was relatively not "stroller-friendly". This, they said, is because Mpls has cold winter weather. I do believe this was a case of people who've never spent a winter in the city projecting thier image of what it MUST be like!

Isn't it bizarre that the cities with the lowest fertility / birth rates are ranked the "Best City to Have a Baby"?

I'm wondering why anyone would want to take their baby out for a walk in 30 degree weather in the first place!
