Haver - those are all pretty nice places. Coventry is my favorite of the places you listed. I don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices.

What would you like to know specifically?

Mostly I was looking for a professional confirmation of my gut-check, which you just gave :-)

You're the second person now to highly recommend Coventry - although my heart is still set on the split-level quads along 169 (the deck and double garage) and my wallet took a double-take when it saw the low utility bills for the Sherwood development. My only real concern now then, is how do I know the townhouse I'll be buying next spring hasn't turned into a mold factory because the absentee owners shut the place up and never ran the a/c over the summer. I suppose I'll be dealing with that later in the process however, once I've narrowed the list down.
