Early March it hit 80F in LaCrosse and I was in shorts and a tshirt on my boat. SO yes,,,it can go both ways.

You guys remember last year when people were falling off their rooves because they were trying to get the snow off? What a mess. I heard about some dude (i have friends in the Cities) with a snowblower on his roof. Good year for orthopedic surgeons...
March of 2010 in Duluth I went for a walk on the beach of Lake Superior bare-footed. I believe it was 70 degree that day.

I remember having quite a few snow-less Thanksgivings in the late 90s/early 2000s.

We were up in Duluth in early March that year (first weekend) and it was amazingly warm. The tulips were blooming when we there there. Even in the cities that year, golf courses were open by the middle of March, everything was green and blooming by early April.

It's nice out today. Grilled some steaks even .
