I am the Captain (Trader Joe's speak for general manager) of the Trader Joe's in Woodbury, and I would like to know how we could provide a better experience for our customers.

Are we in stock when you visit?

Are we giving you the information you need to make an informed buying decision?

Can you get help when you need it?

What can we do to offer better service for you?

Please let me know.

Rich

I never go to Woodbury, but the one on Excelsior Blvd. is pretty well run. Sorry I can't help you any better than that.

The only thing I'd ask is to encourage a Trader Joe's store in Roseville!

I am glad to hear that TJ's St Louis Park is run well. As far a Roseville goes it may be something that happens a some point, however it is not currently in our two year plan.

Thank you for your input
Rich

I don't go to Woodbury either since I'm in the NW suburbs. But every TJ's I've been to has been superb.

I used to live in Woodbury and go to TJ all of the time. However, I moved to Bloomington and I haven't been to TJ since, Woodbury and SLP are both too far out of the way.

From what I recall, the Woodbury store was pretty well run. Sometimes the fitness bars were out of stock in the more exotic flavors (cliff bars, odwalla bars, etc.). Also, sometimes the line could get a bit long.

Remember, all of this was about 6 months ago.

Your store was out of the Quinoa (sp) we stopped in for, though a floor helper was very knowledgable about where the stuff was supposed to be located. That said, the cheeses were great! No smoked cheddar, but the smoked Gouda was terrific, and all of the cheese prices at TJ's are a lot lower than what we pay in North Western MN.
Didn't think the prices on other things like meat or pasta were any better than anywhere else. I just noticed that it was extremely busy and bustling, but then it was a weekend. We only stop in there when we visit my sister in Woodbury.

I did notice you didn't have a large selection of gluten free items... perhaps a larger variety there would be nice.

I would like to see a larger variety of non trader joe branded foods, in addition to the existing TJ branded options.

I love Trader Joe's! I don't shop there exclusively but love the selection for the items we do want from your store. I do wonder if the new VS next door will have an impact on what you carry? Anyway, overall great store.
