Since you'll be working at the intersection of I-494 and MN Highway 100 (also known as Normandale Boulevard south of Interstate 494 as hwy 100 looses its highway designation as it travels south into West Bloomington, I would try to stay in or very close to West Bloomington as the I-494 is congested and slow much of the day between East Bloomington and West Bloomington.
