I'm looking to buy a house in Menomonee Falls, I currently live in Brookfield...I was hoping I could get an idea of the average utility bills for the area. I'm currently making a budget and plan on spending around $350 a month for natural gas, electric and water. The houses I'm currently looking at are 3 bedroom houses probably around 1500sq ft. or less. Thanks for the help.

I doubt any difference between Brookfield or Menomonee Falls. With the excepton of Water, they are served by same utiliities.

You can usually go to utilities and get info on last 12 months usage for a particular address. Unless you keep things ridicously hot in winter and cool in summer, I think you budget will more than cover expense.

I agree with ccj - I don't think there would be really a lick of difference in costs between Brookfield and Meno Falls.
