Commerce St is nice, it's basically all condos except for Lakefront Brewery & I think there's something else there. But it's close to Brady St which is where many people hang out. Coffee shops, shops, bars, restaurants & there are a couple grocery stores close by as well. Pick n Save is one of them at the end of Commerce. And Riverwest is right up the bluff from Commerce so you have that neighborhood as well. Don't know anything about the Edge condos though, sorry.

Edge condos arent that bad. It is just stuck in an area that hasnt developed much. Once North End is complete and other buildings/apartments are added the area should become better. The Edge condos are close to Pick n' Save and a 10 min walk to Brady/Water/Bradley Center. I have no clue what the units look like but just know they are new (maybe 2 years old). I dont think crime is that big of an issue. Just have to be aware of your surroundings.

I drive by there and it seems quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants + bars to walk to, but with a bicycle or short drive there is a lot more.

In any city it depends which block you live on. You could live in the hood and as long as you are on a good block you won't here a thing.
