Is that the Mt. Baldy at Petoskey State Park? Looks like it from what I remember.
I haven't been up there in many years, even before moving to AK.

No, Saugatuck. A lot of the dune areas look similar. Reminded me of Hoffmaster Park too in Muskegon.

Here are more:

Thats too funny - I was looking for my family and I in those pics, we were in those exact same spots today. Went to show my relatives who are visiting. Almost took a pic of those public bathrooms too. And saw that duck driving around and ferry tours going by constantly.

Very nice place though - my relatives were just in love with it.

I also love Holland's beach which we went to the other day- free parking and I find it just as nice.

Will have to see if any pics turned out of either and share as well.

*I had to edit my post as more of your pics just popped up - we all ate at the boardwalk cafe you took a pic of for lunch and it was very very good food- read some reviews online before going. Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been.

Beautiful shots!

We rented a cabin on a lake in Gaylord. Already making plans to rent it same time next year. It was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Except for the loon Ranger. Wow he was a treat. Long story short he claimed I drove my Sea Doo too close to a loon and he came at me at our dock chewing me out and acting like an ass. Was not a pretty sight. lol

Is that Manuka Lake? Looks kind of like it. Might be Big Lake as well come to think of it. The Island in the photo looks a bit small for Big Lake though.

Thank you! We had a great time there as well. Can't believe I haven't been there in almost 12 years! It's changed dramatically.
